OUR INITATIVES
The Thrive Space is a creative wellbeing programme by MAI Cultures, delivered in schools to support children affected by overcrowding or housing insecurity.
Through play, creative expression, and reflective activities, The Thrive Space provides a safe and supportive environment within the school setting, where children can explore their emotions, build confidence, and strengthen social connections.
Our aim is to empower young people to thrive — at school, at home, and within their communities — no matter the challenges they face.
Feeling stuck, unheard, or like you don’t have space to just be?
The Circle is a free online mentoring space created for you. We meet twice a month to have real, honest conversations—about confidence, culture, healing, identity, and vision. Whether you're figuring things out or just need a space to feel seen, The Circle is here to hold you.
The Salute Recognition celebrates young people who show strength, growth, and positive character in the face of challenge. It is designed to acknowledge pupils who may not always receive traditional awards, but who demonstrate resilience, kindness, perseverance, and quiet leadership in their everyday lives. Through Salute, we aim to ensure that young people feel seen, valued, and proud of the progress they are making — both in and beyond the classroom. Schools & organisations can partner with us to recognise young people whose efforts and personal growth deserve to be celebrated.
